1099 Therapist (PT, OT)- Long Island

Always Compassionate Home Care is hiring Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists all over Long Island, NY. This is a per diem 1099 position! Qualifications At least 1 year experience with pediatric patients Therapist license and registration BLS from American Heart Association Physical and QuantiFERON within one year MMR Titers within 5 years Malpractice Insurance NPI # Worker's Comp certification Responsibilities Assist patients in redeeming their skills for independent living Implement specific treatments for the quick advancement of the patient's condition Develop a personalized care plan appropriate for the patient's condition Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to stand/work for extended periods Pay per visit: $75 for 30 min $85 for 45 min $100 for 1 hour Equal Opportunity Employer Always Compassionate Health is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
