Now Hiring Class A CDL Drivers – Joliet, IL & Surrounding Areas

We are looking for reliable Class A CDL drivers within a 60-mile radius of Joliet, IL (including Gary, IN, Janesville, WI, and Central IL). This position offers consistent freight, excellent pay, full benefits, and weekly home time.

To qualify:  Drivers need to have at least 6 months OTR experience in the last 12 months or at least 12 months OTR in the last 3 years in with a 53' trailer.
Driver expected to pass all DOT related tests to include urine. 
Must have an excellent DMV report, no serious traffic infractions in the last 3 years
Must be at least 21 years of age 

Pay & Bonuses:

• $215 per day

• $300 per trailer (2–4 loads per week)

• $100 per day breakdown pay

• $80 per month Training/HOS & Safety bonus

• Performance-based pay up to $103,000 annually

• Average weekly gross: $2,190 – Avg $113,880 per year

• Paid for 6 days while working 5.5 days

Schedule & Home Time:

• Weekly home time with at least a 34-hour reset

• 5 ½ day work week (not off every weekend)

Freight & Equipment:

• Retail store goods

• 800–1,100 weekly miles on average

• Sleeper truck / 53’ Dry Van trailers

• 100% touch freight – live load/unload by customer

• Multiple stop-offs and pick-ups

• 0% drop & hook
