Position Overview We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer with a strong passion for motorsports culture and design to join our art department. This role will support the development of high-quality visual content for marketing, product launches, and brand initiatives for motorcycling, apparel, and auto. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, event assets. Collaborate with Creative Direction, Senior designers, and product teams to translate creative briefs into compelling designs. Develop visual assets for athlete partnerships, race team promotions, and event campaigns. Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photography to align with brand standards. Prepare artwork for both print and digital applications, ensuring technical accuracy and consistency. Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content that reflect the motocross lifestyle and Alpinestars’ brand identity and lifestyle. Maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 1–2 years of professional design experience (internships and freelance work considered). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong layout, typography, and image composition skills. Passion for motocross and motorsports culture is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Desirable Skills Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with social media content formats and trends. Photography skills a plus. Knowledge of print production processes. Salary : $70,000 - $72,000 a year. Salary will be dependent on experience. This position is on-site in Torrance, CA.
