We are looking for a Fulfillment Center Operations Associate to manage receiving, inventory, and material movement. This role requires a continuous improvement mindsetidentifying and escalating roadblocks that could cause defects downstream. You'll support root cause analysis and problem-solving to maintain operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating forklifts, EPJs, reach-trucks, and turret-trucks safely and efficiently.
• Unloading, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments per SOPs.
• Performing quality control checks and documenting receipts in inventory systems.
• Entering data accurately into inventory management tools.
• Packaging, labeling, sorting, and staging parts throughout the workflow.
• Storing parts properly and conducting storage audits per SOPs.

Required qualifications include:

• 2+ years of Fulfillment Center / receiving / inventory experience.
• Certified forklift operator.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset.
• Good communication and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience in aerospace or automotive warehouse/receiving environments.
