Would you like to be a part of an Aerospace organization that manufactures parts for the Commercial Aircraft, Military Life Support and Aerial Refueling Products? Eaton's Mission Systems division is currently seeking a Remote Senior Contracts Administrator.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $77249.97 - $113299.96 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do:

• Communicating and assessing the expectations and anticipated needs of aerospace prime contractors.
• Supports Business through effective negotiations of contracts and price proposals.
• Identifies commercial risks and mitigations through having participated in development of long- term strategies for customer engagement.
• Implements Group policies and procedures which relate to Commercial & Contracts.
• Performs Contract review, acceptance, and order acknowledgment.
• Creates flow down terms and conditions for Operations, Engineering and Supplier Management.
• Develops relationships with internal and external customers.
• Creates contract summaries for management.
• Manages the preparation of inputs and support to Gate Reviews.
• Oversees Change Management.
• Reviews RFPs, RFQs, FAR/DFARs, SOWs, terms and conditions, in addition to Quality and Supplier requirements.
• Conducts research as needed to complete assigned projects.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• 3 years of experience in Contract Administration, including Contract Negotiation or 3 years experience in supplier management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ‘Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years of FAR/DFAR experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Contract Administration, including Contract Negotiation or 5 years experience in supplier management.
• Juris Doctorate Degree.
• Experience conducting legal research.
• Experience with major aerospace prime contractors.
• Excellent critical thinking skills.
• Superb organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Efficient, resourceful, and able to solve problems.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
