Requirements

• Licensed dental hygienist

Licensure: Valid Virginia Dental Hygiene License (Required).
Education: Diploma in Dental Hygiene; Bachelor’s or Master’s is a plus.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations (HIPAA).
Soft Skills: A patient, friendly personality with outstanding communication skills.
Physical Stamina: Ability to meet the physical demands of a busy clinical day.
Detail-Oriented: A "sharp eye" for both clinical diagnostics and patient documentation.

Job Description

Patient Comfort: Ensure a welcoming, stress-free environment for all patients.
Clinical Excellence: Conduct screenings, identify conditions (gingivitis, periodontitis, etc.), and perform thorough cleanings/fluoride treatments.
Diagnostics: Take high-quality X-rays and dental impressions.
Education: Empower patients of all ages with personalized brushing techniques and post-op care instructions.
Collaboration: Partner with our dentists to identify treatments for oral diseases and maintain meticulous patient charts.
Operations: Sterilize instruments, maintain equipment, and monitor clinical supplies.
