Medical Assistant
We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant (MA) for a critical-need assignment in Renton, WA. The Medical Assistant will primarily support vaccination services, including administering vaccinations to patients 6 months of age and older.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer vaccinations to patients 6 months and older.
- Provide safe and effective vaccination services in a clinical setting.
- Follow established vaccination and patient-care procedures.
- Support daily clinical operations as needed.
- Maintain a professional and patient-focused approach during vaccination services.
- Be available to float to a nearby facility based on patient census and operational needs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience required.
- Strong hands-on experience administering vaccinations/immunizations.
- Must be comfortable vaccinating pediatric patients, including children 6 months and older.
- Washington State license/credential required.
- Must have own transportation due to potential floating to a nearby facility.
- Must be available to work weekends if needed.
