Responsibilities Lead and contribute to site design and civil infrastructure projects from concept through construction Produce high-quality drawings, layouts, and reports using Civil3D Conduct field investigations and support construction administration Provide cost estimates and technical reports Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and clients throughout the design and development process Qualifications PE license and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Land development experience (project type doesn’t matter—we care about your skills) A growth mindset and eagerness to expand your technical and leadership abilities Strong communication and project collaboration skills Why You’ll Love It Here This team doesn’t just push paper—we design with the end in mind: the build.
