Adecco is assisting a local client in filling a Warehouse position in Hopkinsville, KY. Must have exceptional organizational skills, and work within a Team environment.

Pay rate: $13.58 hourly

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, some weekends can be required

Responsibilities / Required Skills:

· Plan, direct and coordinate the storage and distribution of supplies. Continuously monitor supply inventory and report needs to supervisor. Maintain inventory of supply warehouse good, including conducting physical counts of inventory and reconciling with data system. Completes purchase request documents as needed.

· Organize safe and effective receipt of good for all entities on grounds. Operate tow motor to unload trucks and deliver supplies. Unpack, check condition of contents, and tally items to document receipt. Reject items delivered in poor condition.

· Receive, fill, and deliver departmental orders. Communicate unreasonable requests or overuse of products to supervisor.

· Plan and oversee product shipping including packing, wrapping, weighing, and determining best shipping route. Ensure shipping requirements are met with each shipment including federal, state, and local requirements. Packs, wraps, weighs, stamps, and delivers mail to post office for further processing.

· Fill required orders by purchase through use of state Pro Card. Complete website allocations through credit card website to inform Chief Financial officer of purchase. Communicate receipt of Fixed Asset Purchases to Property Officer Supervisor.

· Complete safely checks of warehouse area as part of Environment of care. Maintain Physical condition of warehouse by inspecting equipment and issuing work orders for repair as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience required

· Must be prompt and professional.

· Updated resume must be submitted to be considered

· Ability to complete and pass pre-employment screenings
