In addition, candidates should possess strong academic credentials and excellent communication and drafting skills, be team-oriented and capable of independently taking on responsibility for drafting primary deal documents, leading complex diligence, deal management (including managing junior associates and internal specialist teams), client interaction and work product. Candidates must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.Practice SummaryGreenberg Traurig's Private Equity Practice has wide-ranging experience representing private equity firms in complex domestic and cross-border transactions in a variety of industries, including consumer products, aerospace, manufacturing, food and beverage, health care, financial services, distribution, and technology. We work regularly with regional, national, and global private equity firms advising them in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, and fund formation. We also assist and advise portfolio companies, management teams, co-investors, and other participants in all aspects of private equity transactions.
