Overview

This contract role focuses on helping new professional tax preparer clients successfully set up and use our software suite, while also supporting the onboarding of new employees.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through initial setup and software installation.
• Assist with account creation and Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) documentation uploads.
• Support data migration from previous software providers.
• Provide a positive initial experience that supports long-term customer retention and satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial post-purchase phase.
• Communicate via phone, email, and web-based tools to provide resources and documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and benefits enrollment.
• Manage training schedules for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Foster a welcoming internal environment and a smooth start for new employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfort communicating with customers by phone, email, and web-based tools.
