Associate Project ManagerWe are looking for a detail-oriented Project Coordinator/Associate Project Manager with expertise in the retail domain to assist in project coordination and ensure smooth execution. Familiarity with release management is a plus.Key Responsibilities:Program Coordination Support: Support Program Manager and Scrum Manager in tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-ups.Assist program managers to track and monitor project budgets, ensuring forecasted expenses align with approved allocations.Retail Expertise: Coordinate retail-specific initiatives (POS systems, e-commerce, inventory).Support workflow analysis and process improvements.Qualifications:Must Haves:2+ years of experience in retail-focused project coordination.Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet or equivalent.Knowledge of retail systems and workflows.Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Preferred:Experience coordinating release oriented tasks in support of larger programs
