As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Our team thrives on the core values of compassion, respect, and integrity, and we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our family.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses, including assisting with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and medication management
Create a nurturing environment by promoting dignity, respect, and independence for our residents
Develop strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive outcomes and patient satisfaction
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care and communication

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Texas
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients, as needed
