Registered Nurse (RN) - NICU

RN – NICUSchedule: Shift: 3x12 Days or 4x12 Days. Weekends required. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day). Orientation: 24 hours.Assignment Details: Guaranteed hours: Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.Requirements3 years of experience in a Level III NICU.Experience with patient ratios of 2.Current BLS and NRP certification.Compact license must be in hand at submission.References: 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years.ResponsibilitiesAttend deliveries and perform neonatal resuscitation and stabilization.Provide respiratory support, including Bubble CPAP and HFNC.Manage vascular access and line maintenance, including UAC/UVC and IV starts.Support feeding and nutrition through gavage/NG/OG tube placements and breastfeeding.Administer common NICU treatments, including phototherapy and surfactant.Conduct family teaching and promote family-centered care.Compliance / NotesFacility policy requires all requested time-off (RTO) to be submitted at the time of submission.
