Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Internal Medicine Physician, you will join Primary Care Associates‑Glenwood in Chattanooga, Tennessee, providing comprehensive patient care within a regional healthcare leader. You will conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnose and treat a wide array of medical conditions, provide preventive care, guide health maintenance strategies, manage chronic diseases, perform minor procedures, and coordinate care with specialists while building lasting patient relationships. You will document encounters, communicate effectively, and adhere to evidence‑based guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements. Location Chattanooga, Tennessee.
