AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Nuclear Medicine Tech in Minot, North Dakota, 58701!
Job Summary
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures, including preparation and administration of radiopharmaceuticals, while ensuring patient safety and compliance with radiation protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine imaging procedures
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals
- Conduct stress tests, HIDA, Bone scans, PET/CT (preferred)
- Perform quality control on imaging equipment
- Follow radiation safety protocols
- Start IVs for contrast administration
- Ensure accurate documentation and procedure charging

- Education: Graduate of Nuclear Medicine Program
- Certifications:
- ARRT(N) or NMTCB (required)
- License:
- NDMIRTBE license (or temp license upon acceptance)
- Skills: IV start, nuclear imaging procedures
