Backed by several well-known venture firms and scaling quickly, they've built a platform that connects capital providers with income-generating compute infrastructure through structured lending products. The team comes from a mix of leading financial institutions, trading firms, and digital asset businesses. It\'s a founder-led environment where decisions move quickly and ownership sits close to the people doing the work. The Role Most product roles let you optimise an existing system. This one asks you to help define a new market. The challenge is not building features for crypto-native users. It\'s designing products sophisticated institutional investors and financial professionals actually want to use. The underlying mechanics involve digital assets and on-chain infrastructure, but the experience needs to feel familiar, intuitive, and trustworthy to people who have spent their careers in traditional finance. You'll own the product experience across both sides of the marketplace, work directly with founders, speak regularly with users, and make decisions that ship fast. There\'s no large product organisation, no committees, and no layers between strategy and execution. If you\'ve built complex financial products, thrive in ambiguity, and enjoy turning difficult concepts into simple user experiences, you\'ll find plenty of room to make an impact here. What you\'ll be working on: Own the end-to-end product experience across multiple user groups within a two-sided financial marketplace. Design onboarding, funding, portfolio, reporting, and account management experiences for sophisticated financial users. Building institutional-grade experiences for investors allocating capital through DeFi infrastructure Translate complex financial and digital asset mechanics into intuitive workflows and clear user journeys. Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and decision-making processes. Partner closely with engineering, design, and leadership to define priorities and deliver products quickly. Define product metrics and use data to shape roadmap decisions. Help build and develop the product function as the company scales. What you\'ll bring: 6+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex, customer-facing financial products. Strong experience building products for institutional or sophisticated financial users. A track record of solving ambiguous 0-to-1 product challenges and shipping quickly. The ability to simplify complex financial concepts into clean, intuitive experiences. A hands-on approach, high ownership mentality, and comfort operating in startup environments. Interest in digital assets, fintech infrastructure, lending, credit, capital markets, or adjacent financial products. Why this role?
