Co-Packing Associate

Job Title: Co-Packing Associate Location: Statesville, NC Pay Rate: $16.50/hour Schedule: 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM 12 Hour shifts Job Summary: We are seeking dependable Co-Packing Associates to join a manufacturing team responsible for packaging feminine hygiene products. This is a light industrial position in a clean production environment focused on quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Responsibilities: Package feminine hygiene products according to customer specifications. Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy. Assemble retail packaging and prepare products for shipment. Label, seal, and pack finished products into boxes. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. Requirements: Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Reliable transportation and good attendance. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift.
