Supervisory Program Analyst

Job TitleThe role involves overseeing budget analysts and Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) to deliver IT support for the SAP Platform, ensuring a balance between cost, schedule, and performance.Responsibilities include:Managing IT program execution across financial and acquisition lifecycles.Monitoring contract vehicle performance and managing COR activities.Advising senior leaders on program issues using budget and contract management expertise.Collaborating with the DLA Contracting Support Office and J6TE for technical and programmatic understanding.Developing organizational processes and workflows for audit readiness and streamlined tracking.Identifying training needs and establishing onboarding and mentorship structures.
