Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shifts. Provide professional nursing care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation in patients’ homes, following facility policies and safety standards. You will direct and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high quality outcomes.
