Travel Physical Therapist Assistant - $1,398 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Portland, Oregon. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant Discipline: Therapy Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Make a real difference as a travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Portland, OR. You will support patients in a skilled nursing facility recovering from injury or illness, implement treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, assist with mobility, therapeutic exercises, transfers, and documentation to optimize patient function and safety. A recruiter will follow up with details upon application. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant or related accredited program. Active OR PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Experience with therapeutic exercise programs, gait training, transfer training, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Ability to work with medically complex adult and geriatric populations preferred. Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
