They're looking for a Tax Senior Associate to join a collaborative team working with middle-market businesses across Consumer Products, Hospitality, Manufacturing, and Distribution.\n\nThis is more than a compliance role. You'll work closely with experienced managers and partners, build relationships with clients, and gain exposure to a broad range of tax and advisory work that will help accelerate your career.\n\nWhat you'll be doing\nAs a key member of the team, you'll take ownership of engagements while continuing to develop your technical and leadership skills.\nYou'll be responsible for:\n\n Preparing and reviewing partnership, corporate, and individual tax returns.\n Supporting tax planning projects and preparing quarterly and year-end tax projections.\n Assisting with financial analysis, including balance sheets and income statements.\n Working directly with clients to provide responsive, high-quality service.\n Managing day-to-day engagement activity and helping ensure projects stay on schedule.\n Researching technical tax issues and applying practical solutions.\n Supporting financial statement compilations and reviews where required.\n Coaching junior staff and reviewing their work as your responsibilities grow.\n Getting involved in advisory projects and helping identify opportunities to add value for clients.\n\n\nWhat they're looking for\n\n Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (Master's is a plus).\n CPA, EA, or JD is preferred, or you're actively working towards qualification.\n 3–5 years of tax experience within a public accounting firm.\n Experience working with commercial or middle-market businesses is advantageous.\n Strong technical knowledge of tax compliance and research.\n Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.\n Experience using tax software such as GoSystem, CCH, BNA, or similar.\n Well organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.\n\n\nWhy consider this move?\nThis is a great opportunity to join a growing practice where you'll receive meaningful mentoring, gain exposure to a wide variety of clients, and have a clear route for progression.
