Delivery Manager - Evinova
AstraZeneca
Evinova, an AstraZeneca health tech business, seeks a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex clinical trial software products in regulated environments. This role requires technical depth to manage cross-team dependencies, architecture decisions, and AI-assisted delivery practices while partnering with product and engineering leadership.
Responsibilities
- Break down complex cross-team initiatives into technically coherent delivery plans with proper sequencing
- Identify, map, and actively manage technical dependencies across engineering teams and external partners
- Engage in architecture and design reviews to pressure-test estimates, feasibility, and technical trade-offs
- Lead governance, metrics definition, and integrated delivery planning for Evinova's most critical initiatives
- Apply AI tools to generate delivery insights, automate reporting, and surface technical risks early
Requirements
- Deep technical fluency in software architecture, systems design, and integration patterns
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-team technical initiatives across product organizations
- Ability to understand and reason about technical dependencies, APIs, data flows, and trade-offs
- Experience identifying and resolving blockers in highly regulated or mission-critical environments
- Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, GPT, Devin, Copilot) applied to delivery and workflow optimization
- Track record of building trusted relationships across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams
