Bilingual Customer Service Associate

Seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, the full-time remote position will manage inbound customer inquiries, provide exceptional service by explaining benefit coverage, and assist clients with insurance cases while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy Open and manage insurance cases, guiding clients through their service needs Accurately enter and research customer data, interpret policies, and initiate claims as needed Required qualifications Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience Experience in a customer service call center environment is highly preferred Fluency in French is required for this role Flexibility to work a rotating schedule between 6:30am and 12:30am Eastern Time Strong multi-tasking abilities, including typing while engaging with customers
