Order Management Specialist I

Job Description This position is the primary liaison between divisions of Carlisle and the customers who purchase our materials. Our Order Management Specialists are responsible for delivering The Carlisle Experience by getting the right product, to the right place, at the right time, in the right condition, with the right invoicing – and being a pleasure to do business with throughout. The OMS is also the customer’s primary point of contact for resolution of problems as they arise. This individual will be expected to form strong relationships with internal and external customers, representatives, and Carlisle regional sales managers. Works with colleagues in inventory and production planning to source material for Reviews open orders on a regular basis to proactively identify and work through changes, rescheduling shipments with customers when needed. Maintains a network of appropriate contacts within the various departments such as Inventory Management, Shipping, Purchasing, AP, and Production as well as with external vendors. Education and Experience Associate or bachelor’s degree Minimum experience in one of the following fields: order management, logistics, or inventory Experience working to serve internal and/or external Equipment Used Standard office Working Conditions Office Environment Occasional exposure to manufacturing Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 Travel Requirement Some travel is required for this #J-18808-Ljbffr Carlisle Construction Materials
