Saint Luke's Health System in Missouri is seeking a Registered Nurse - Hospice Case Manager to provide compassionate, patient-centered home visits and coordinate end-of-life care. You will manage a case load, assess patient needs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver high-quality services. Requirements include MO and KS or Compact licensure, BLS, and a valid driver's license.
