Warranty Clerk

Summary The Warranty Specialist is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping warranty and fulfillment orders originating from Web, Customer Service, Retail Stores, and Brightstar. This role ensures timely and accurate order fulfillment, resolves shipping discrepancies, supports fraud prevention efforts, and maintains a safe, secure, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Accurately pick, fill and process warranty and fulfillment orders in accordance with company policies Package phones, accessories and related materials securely and accurately for shipment Ensure proper shipping materials and supplies are available and on hand Coordinate physical shipment of warranty handsets and fulfillment orders through approved third-party carriers Resolve shipping discrepancies in a timely manner Partner with Revenue Assurance on orders that appear suspicious or fall outside standard service areas to mitigate potential fraud Cross-train on inventory management functions, including weekly and monthly inventory counts Cross-train in related functional areas including inventory, phone testing and quality assurance Maintain a clean, organized and secure workstation and inventory area at all times Follow all safety, security and compliance standards Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent At least one year of administrative or operational work experience Basic PC and computer skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately Additional Considerations Coursework toward a college degree Prior experience in shipping and receiving or warehouse operations Benefits Competitive compensation package Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance 401(k) match Tuition assistance programs Complimentary wireless service & device* Teladoc telemedicine WellBeacon wellness program Paid talent referral opportunities Physical Requirements / Working Conditions Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform bending, stooping, crawling and repetitive hand and wrist motions. Requires finger dexterity and mobility of arms and hands. Must be able to use a computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing a computer screen.
