Multi Craft Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities Lead advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex systems Full PLC diagnostics and minor programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, etc.) Maintain SCADA and HMI systems Support robotics and automation systems Perform advanced electrical diagnostics and controls work Manage maintenance projects and system upgrades and retrofits Technical training and development of team members Communicate and assist with outside vendors Perform electrical panel work and wiring (all voltages) Install electrical infrastructure (all voltages) Plumbing repair and installation (black iron pipe, PVC, Pneumatic tubing) Calibration of sensors and instrumentation Maintain HVAC systems Fabricate and weld complex components (MIG/Stick) Requirements Technical degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Expertise in PLC programming, automation, and controls Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Strategic thinking and continuous improvement Ability to work independently and mentor junior technicians Time management and reliability Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in PLC Programming, Automation, and Controls, along with advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex systems. Capable of leading maintenance projects, mentoring team members, and ensuring effective communication with vendors.
