Our client is looking for a Project Manager in Woodland hills, CA/Mason, OH (Hybrid) below is the detailed requirements.

Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10 15 years of IT experience with strong exposure to healthcare domain
- Exposure to US Healthcare (Medicare / Medicaid programs)
- Proven experience as Project Manager / Program Manager with Technical Delivery ownership.
- Experience in Payer/Provider / Medicare / Medicaid environments preferred.
- Experience handling large-scale transformation programs / AMS engagements
- Strong expertise in Project Management / Program Management / Delivery Management
- Proven experience as Technical Delivery Lead for enterprise applications.
- Deep understanding of healthcare processes (Enrollment, Eligibility, Benefits, Claims Adjudication, Billing, Provider Management, compliance)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, integrations, and data standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
