PROGRAM MANAGER

Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 15+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in D2C ECommerce domain, Agile methodologies, Project Management and stakeholder management. This role demands a blend of technical acumen, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to effectively translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Candidate expectations:

• Fully conversant with a digital commerce program life cycle and able to handle the risks, dependencies, stakeholders and deliverables
• Manage HCL team responsible for delivery activities and keep track of overall project timelines, deliverables, risks and outcomes
• Convert technical and QA estimations into agile planning and expand into effort estimates
• Able to manage the financials for multiple tracks, managing forecasting and actuals
• Manage & conduct team daily status meetings (HCL internal and client facing)
• Remediating any Jira risks and escalation of internal and/or cross functional team dependencies defects/issues
• Management of program execution tasks and meeting needs
• Knowledge using Jira and Confluence

Should have good understanding of commerce technology landscape and platforms for UI, Commerce engine, CDP, Mobile, connected devices etc.
