About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Regional Vice President for Financial Institutions and Broker Dealers. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating, developing, and maintaining sales of annuity, investment, and life insurance products within an assigned territory. This role involves implementing business plans, progressing clients through the segmentation process, and working closely with financial professionals to influence the sale and promotion of various financial products. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 5 years of external wholesaling experience, and a proven track record in the financial services industry, particularly in wholesaling annuities and life insurance or bank investment sales. Key responsibilities for the Senior Regional Vice President include preparing business plans, conducting sales calls, and collaborating with internal teams on opportunity development and relationship building. The role also requires the candidate to have a strong background in financial product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The candidate should be a proven coach, with the ability to train and assess the product knowledge and selling capabilities of financial professionals. A successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, technologically literate, and a student of the industry, with a strong focus on meeting or exceeding territory production requirements. The position demands a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
