As a remote, full-time Senior Sales Recruiter, the successful candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales Account Executives across the Americas, focusing on proactive sourcing and driving hiring excellence within the organization. Key responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting processes from intake to final close for Sales Account Executives Build and maintain candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies and targeted campaigns Collaborate with Sales leadership to forecast hiring needs and optimize recruitment processes Required qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on Sales roles Proven success in sourcing and converting passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools Experience managing multiple concurrent searches while meeting quality and time-to-fill goals Proficiency in structured interview techniques and complex offer negotiation Demonstrated curiosity and experience with AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows
