Ready to make a change and grow your career? Pella Windows and Doors SW is looking for a full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team in the Santa Fe, NM and Albuquerque, NM Locations. As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll have the opportunity to engage with homeowners, showcase our innovative products, and close sales with a commission-only pay potential of $100,000 to $200,000 .

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Shifts vary but will be within business hours, which are: Mon-Fri 8 am-6 PM and Sat 9 am-2 PM. In this position, you'll have the flexibility to dispatch daily from your home, making this a great opportunity for those who enjoy working independently and on the move. This Position will require travel between the Albuquerque and Santa Fe offices.

Your day begins as you head to your assigned job sites, meeting with homeowners to present the wide range of Pella's high-quality window and door solutions. You'll lead the product presentation, carefully explaining how each solution fits the needs and preferences of your customers. By establishing trust and demonstrating your product knowledge, you'll aim to secure the sale during the first call. Negotiating and closing the deal while maintaining exceptional customer service will be essential to hitting your goals.

We're looking for a driven and motivated individual who can work independently while building strong relationships with customers. You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel between the Albuquerque and Santa Fe Locations
• A strong desire to make money
• Ability to build relationships quickly
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to adapt to business needs

Preferred qualifications:

• 1-3 years of sales experience
• Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals
