Job Description

Top-Tier Assisting: Provide premier four-handed assistance during complex general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
Diagnostics: Capture precise, diagnostic-quality digital X-rays and intraoral scans.
Patient Advocate: Ensure patients feel completely relaxed, educated, and comfortable throughout their visit.
Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the daily workflows of the dental assisting team to ensure smooth patient transition and zero chair downtime.
Inventory Control: Monitor back-office supply levels, manage vendor relationships, and handle clinical ordering within a set budget.
Compliance & Safety: Oversee and enforce strict OSHA, CDC, and sterilization protocols to maintain a flawless clinical environment.
Maintenance: Ensure all dental equipment is routinely maintained, calibrated, and functioning perfectly.
