Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Process group reservations:

Coordinate group booking details, including rooming lists, suites, event resumes, and billing requirements. Ensure seamless communication:

Act as a liaison to verify and relay reservation information between internal and external stakeholders, including meeting planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and the front office Provide exceptional customer service:

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests, and team members Support special projects:

Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments Provide administrative support:

Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying Qualifications
