Registered Nurse (RN) – Martha & Mary Full Time Nursing, Poulsbo, WA, US Salary Range: $35.50 To $44.49 Hourly Martha and Mary Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for senior care to join our nursing team as a medication/treatment nurse. A medication/treatment nurse administers routine and PRN medications and treatments in a timely manner, provides adequate monitoring of residents’ conditions, works with other disciplines to support services that encourage a resident’s highest level of functioning, and more. Responsibilities • Administer routine and PRN medications and treatments in a timely manner. • Monitor residents’ conditions and provide adequate monitoring. • Work with multidisciplinary teams to support resident functioning. Qualifications Registered Nurse License required. Experience: None required. New graduates welcome. Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures. Handling confidential information with discretion. Maintaining perspective, sense of humor, and responding positively to changes. Handling people and situations with understanding, diplomacy and tact. Setting priorities and handling multiple tasks timely. Working cooperatively in a team environment. Problem solving and ability to handle unexpected circumstances. Initiative. Interest in caring for elderly and long-term care of residents. Reliable attendance and willingness to cover additional hours, vacations, holidays, weekends as needed.
