The Aspenwood Company - 727 East Morehead Street - Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the day-to-day activities of the front of house team, ensuring all staff are well-trained and providing top-notch service; Train new hires, provide regular performance feedback, and participate in performance management processes; Ensure adequate staffing through scheduling and providing coverage as needed; Serve as the liaison between front of house and back of house to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident and guest orders; Maintain a clean dining room set up to company standards for all meals and functions
