LifeWise Administrative AssistantAs the LifeWise Administrative Assistant, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will assist the Program Director with the day-to-day operations that are essential to the success of the LifeWise program.Qualifications And ExperienceTwo years of administrative experience in an office/church setting (preferred)A mature personal Christian faith in agreement with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithActive participation in and commitment to a local church whose doctrine aligns with the "What We Believe" section of the LifeWise Academy Statement of FaithJob DescriptionAssist the Program Director with:Day-to-day operations of the programData managementEnrollment coordinationCommunications with school personnel and familiesOther duties as assignedSystems & Support:Use Google WorkspaceNavigate a variety of websites and systems as neededParticipate in ongoing training as neededAttend the LifeWise SummitRepresent LifeWise at community events as applicableOther Duties:Help with fundraising events as neededLifeWise Academy's hiring practices and EEO Statement are fully in compliance with both federal and state law.
