$2203.20/week - Job Summary: Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical-Surgical care to provide quality patient management during 12-hour day shifts. The role involves delivering comprehensive nursing services in a fast-paced clinical setting to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately. Monitor patient vital signs and detect any changes in health status. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care. Document patient information accurately in medical records. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management. Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Proven experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
