Requirements:

Actively worked in this specialty for the last 12 months consecutively with 2 years of over all experience in this specialty, BLS & ACLS (AHA), Trauma level 1 experience, EPIC experience ** FLU vaccine is mandatory ** - Must live over 60+ miles away from the facility to qualify for travel rates
