Agricultural Equipment Technician/Mechanic | Immediate Opening! Schedule: Monday–Friday | Day Shift Pay: $21.00–$36.00/hour We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Agricultural Equipment Technician/Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair agricultural trailer equipment and related systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and working in a team‑oriented environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and air systems Perform maintenance and repairs on agricultural trailer equipment Test equipment to ensure proper operation and performance Report completed work and equipment conditions to supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work area Participate in training and assist with shop tasks as needed Follow safety procedures and company standards Requirements Previous mechanic experience required (1 year minimum) Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems preferred Welding experience is a plus Ability to read and follow written instructionsStrong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Valid driver's license is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including climbing, kneeling, and squatting What You’ll Get Pay $21.00–$36.00/hour Weekly pay – every Friday Direct deposit and paycard options available Paid holidays & PTO (based on hours worked) Medical insurance options available 327 9th Street – Sheldon, IA | View phone number on click.appcast.io Aventure Staffing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
