Warehouse AssociateAgilix Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Memphis, TN branch. Responsibilities include order verification and picking customer orders via a bar-coding system with a high accuracy rate and staging the finished product.This role will report to the Warehouse Manager.ResponsibilitiesVerification of outbound orders: Internal Branch Transfers, Local Deliveries, Will Call, Sales Deliveries, LTL, etc.Manage package shipments via UPS and FedEx.Oversee LTL shipments for national customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.Coordinate with courier dispatchers to schedule and confirm pickups.Pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped.Maintain acceptable efficiency rates of both quantity of products pulled as well as accuracy.Maintain bin/shelf integrity by keeping pulling areas clean of debris (empty cartons, box tops, etc.) and by keeping product organized on shelf.Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged properly.Operate any material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.Maintain material handling equipment by noting and reporting any damage or malfunction and connecting battery to recharging station at the end of shift.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsOrganization and Scheduling.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Experience dealing with complex fulfillment orders within strict deadlines.Knowledge of shipping processes, including small package and LTL carriers.Experience using computers.
