Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours: 36 hours per week

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Compensation

• Travel Pay: $2,002/week total package

• Local Pay: $45/hour

• Overtime paid at time and a half when applicable

About the Opportunity

Grafton City Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide overnight coverage in a small, critical access hospital . This assignment is designed to support the ER while an internal staff member is out for surgery, making it a focused, short-term opportunity with a clear purpose.

This role is ideal for ER nurses who are comfortable working independently, value teamwork, and enjoy the pace and variety of emergency care in a close-knit hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency nursing care to patients of all ages

• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and critical interventions

• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders

• Collaborate closely with providers and ancillary staff

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Respond confidently to emergent and critical situations

Schedule & Work Environment

• Night shifts only: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

• 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week

• Smaller ER with strong teamwork and collaboration

• Scrub colors: Royal Blue/White combinations (details provided before start)

Qualifications

• Active RN license

• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room experience required

• Current CPR/BLS

• Ability to work independently in a critical access setting
