You'll own key financial processes, partner closely with operational leadership, and help ensure the business has accurate, actionable financial information to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own and manage the division's P&L and financial performance Lead ticketing, reconciliation, and billing-related processes Investigate and resolve discrepancies between operational and accounting dataSupport month-end close, accruals, and financial reporting Partner closely with operational leadership to improve processes and drive efficiency Review revenue activity and ensure accurate financial reporting Assist with customer and subcontractor onboarding activities Analyze business activity, identify root causes of issues, and provide recommendations for improvement Serve as a trusted finance partner to the operation About the Business Approximately $5M in annual revenue today Significant growth over the next year Strong performance and continued investment in expansion Opportunity to grow alongside the business and take on increasing responsibility What We're Looking For Accounting experience at the Senior Accountant level or above Strong reconciliation, month-end close, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with operational teams and financial data Ability to investigate issues independently and develop solutions Strong communication skills with both internal stakeholders and customers Advanced Excel and systems aptitude Experience in construction, transportation, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or other operationally focused environments is a plus Compensation & Work Arrangement Located in Lebanon, TN (onsite) #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
