I am currently representing a highly respected public accounting firm that is seeking an accomplished CPA with 10+ years of experience to join its leadership team and support continued firm growth. This role provides the opportunity to lead and mentor a team , oversee high-value client engagements , and make a significant impact within a highly professional, growth-focused environment.

What They Offer

Competitive compensation: $140,000-$175,000

Profit Sharing
July Bonus
Overtime paid or flex/comp time for hours over 40
Off-season: ~35 hours/week
Busy season: ~45-60 hours/week
