Nurse - RN

We are seeking a Charge Nurse Leader to join our state‑of‑the‑art skilled nursing facility. The role involves providing direct patient care, supervising nurse aides, and ensuring high‑quality care delivery to residents, families and staff. Pay Rate: $35 to $42 per hour depending on experience and licensure, with additional shift differentials for evening and weekend shifts. Daily pay is also available. Responsibilities Assist in the responsibility for the total patient care within the nursing unit and in unit management. Provide direct nursing care to patients. Carry out administrative and patient care duties as directed by the ADON or DON. Supervise and assume responsibility for the actions and care delivered by the nurse associates, monitoring and responding to all policies and procedures regarding such duties. Administer medication and treatment per the physician’s orders specific to each patient. Instruct and observe that care is implemented per the physician/clinician or standard of practice. Assist and direct in the admission/discharge process of patients. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current license in the state of practice. Maintains licensure, completes continuing education requirements, and holds CPR certification. Has a sincere desire to work with the elderly and enjoys direct interaction with residents, staff and families. Possesses strong organizational skills and follows up when patient situations require additional attention.
