CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Training Specialist Community Bridges, Inc. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The Training Specialist is responsible for preparing, scheduling, monitoring and documenting company-wide training activities. This position has limited decision-making responsibility as problems can generally be evaluated in terms of defined procedures and precedents. Work may occasionally require the employee to assess several elements and alternatives which involves minor research; work sometimes requires the employee to modify methods and procedures or to plan and establish new methods and procedures. Education And Experience Required High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with data management including proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting programming required. 1 or more years of data analytics or data management and/or front office administration experience required. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred. Education or experience with developing and designing materials in PowerPoint or similar software preferred.
