About the Clinician's Workday The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide comprehensive psychiatric care for adults during day shifts, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, within a detox and residential substance use treatment program. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, medication management visits, and treatment planning, with an average caseload of 30-35 patients and approximately 10-15 patients seen per day. The clinician will complete 1-2 admissions daily and provide weekly follow-up care for detox patients. The clinician will collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, behavioral health technicians, case managers, and medical leadership as part of an interdisciplinary treatment team.
