We're currently looking for an Outside Sales Representative who can build strong relationships, grow our customer base, and help keep our business moving forward. • Be the expert on all company products and service offerings.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships across assigned territory.
• Identify customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and margin targets, as well as track sales activities.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer needs.
• Collaborate with branch, delivery, and inside sales teams to ensure high service levels.
• Participate in strategic planning to expand market share and grow revenue.

• 2+ years of experience in heavy duty truck, industrial, or automotive industries.
• 2+ years of outside sales or customer-facing experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Comfort with technology (email, CRM, Microsoft Office, mobile tools).

• 3+ years of experience in heavy duty truck, automotive, or diesel parts sales.
• Account and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with commercial fleets, drivetrains, and repair shop operations.
• Experience using CRM platforms.

• Frequent driving and field-based customer visits.
• Ability to walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a variety of indoor offices, warehouses, and outdoor shop environments.
• Occasional administrative work form home or branch office.
