Urgent Care Physician needed in Crown Point, IN (250K + Benefits) - PT & FT

Urgent Care Physician Opportunity

HealthPlus is assisting a rapidly expanding Urgent Care group with several locations in Illinois and Indiana on their search for Physicians to join their team. This particular opening is in the Crown Point section of Northwest Indiana. Currently considering Part-Time and Full-Time candidates, with full benefits for both.

Locations: Crown Point, IN

Schedule: Full Time: 12 Shifts per month | Part Time: 8-10 Shifts per month

Salary: 250K

Benefits: Full benefits for both Full Time and Part Time

Hours: Mon-Fri: 8am - 8pm | Sat-Sun: 8am - 6pm

Procedures: Typical Urgent Care

EMR: Docutap

Requirements: Must be board certified in FM or IM, must be licensed in IN.
